Description

I started this card. I paid for my streetcar ride with a 5, so I got a little card with the change on it. I wasn\\\'t going to ride the streetcars anymore, so at a stop I handed the card with the change on it out the window with the seedaneed card. It paid for two riders. I hope they keep the card moving.
