I am unemployed with no income. I gave a homeless man (who is a friend of a friend) dinner, use of my washing machine, use of my shower, and a warm place to sleep on a cot in my basement for two days. I passed the card forward to him. You don't need to have a lot of money to do a good deed. |

On a recent trip to LA I brought along a bag of clothes that I planned on leaving at the beach in Venice for a homeless person to find. I also had some gourmet muffins to share, but I found the pigeons more eager for a handout than the people living on the streets. But that's okay, the pigeons were homeless too and hungry. |
